HSC Frecon Series: Hertz Kompressoren UK’s HSC Frecon 18-275kW variable speed screw compressors are highly flexible, with motor speeds that are easily adjustable in accordance with current air demand due to the installation of frequency inverters. The energy consumption keeps decreasing almost linearly in proportion with the capacity, reducing energy consumption by as much as 35 per cent. Additionally, the use of the Frecon compressors’ 'Soft Start System' can substantially extend the motor’s service life, and avoid the negative effects of the high start current on the energy system.

HPA 640~1000 mobile rotary screw compressors: Hertz Kompressoren UK’s HPA 640-HPA 1000 mobile compressors are designed to provide exceptional performance even in extreme conditions. The HPA 640 has 6.4 m³/min F.A.D. @7 bar and The HPA 1000 has 10.0 m³/min F.A.D. @7.0 bar. In HPA 640- HPA1000, engine and airend both controlled by air demand via stepless, control method to save fuel and thus reduce operating cost. The one-piece canopy was manufactured by using high pressure RTM moulding technology and provides easily access to all components inside the compressor. Because of the canopy was made of composite materials, it is naturally, lightweight and very resistant to corrosion and impacts.
