Warranty Services

Hertz Kompressoren Ltd will warrant to its consumers for resale all products manufactured and/or supplied by HKL to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of original invoice from HKL. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

5 Year Warranty on Air Compressors and Refrigerant Dryers are Subject to the Following Conditions:
1). All HKL compressors and Dryers to be installed & commissioned by an authorised HKL Distributor.
2).The compressor / Dryer must be sited in conditions that are appropriate and comply with the Factory operating and maintenance instructions that are issued with the unit.
3).The Installation and Commissioning Report must be filled in completely and sent back to HKL.
4). The applicable warranty period, is measured from the date of delivery to the original user,
5). The Unit must be maintained by an authorised HKL Distributor.
6). The Unit must be maintained in accordance with the HKL Compressor Maintenance Schedule.
7). The customer must enclose proof of such routine servicing when lodging a claim with HKL.
8). Service History must be provided before a claim will be processed
9). The Unit must be maintained with Genuine HKL Spare Parts and HKL Oil.
10). 5 Year Warranty on the Compressor covers Airend, Main Drive Motor, Oil/Air Cooler & Oil Reclaimer.
11) 5 year Warranty on the Refrigerant Dryer covers Parts and Labour
12) Standard 12 month Warranty applies to all parts supplied by HKL
13). HKL liability under this warranty shall be limited to the terms here of. HKL assumes no
responsibility for the reimbursement of labour, down time, incidental parts, refrigerant or any
other item related to the compressed air system.
14). The warranty excludes failure due to normal wear & tear or misuse either from neglect or incorrect operation.
15). If any of these conditions are not adhered too, then all Warranty will be declared null and void.
